shift, 2009-2010. charcoal and photographs. for this piece, i created a temporary charcoal drawing on the wall of the gallery . the drawing took three hours to create and is approx. 8' x 15'. when the exhibit is over, the drawing will be painted over. The exhibition, entitled Second Degree of Separartion, is a group show created by invitation. Artists in residence at Redline invited an artist to be included in the show. The invited artist then was asked to invite another artist. I was invited by Bob Koons (many thanks!) and I invited Deborah J. Haynes. She exhibited a large drawing on paper entitled, "Everything I Know So Far". For more info, go to 'exhibits' at www.redlineart.org The exhibit runs through March 22, 2010.
